This session *used* to have MIDI regions, but I deleted them quite a while ago. When I opened "Project Info," I noticed there were a number of MIDI regions listed. I tried to search these forums for an answer but I couldn't get it to search for a phrase, or a word with an apostrophe ("don't"), so search results weren't very useful for this issue. It copied all the assets to the new folder and then gave me the same dialog.
